Pirin Mountain Resort is being designed and managed by Spinnaker Developments who have assembled a highly experienced team for this project. The construction phase will be supervised by a leading project management firm, experienced in the Bulgarian marketplace, closely overseen by our construction supervision team to ensure the highest standards are met.

Spinnaker Development's principals have over 30 years experience in the construction and finance industries in Ireland and the UK and over 14 years experience in business in Bulgaria and Eastern Europe.
