Pirin Mountain Resort is being designed and managed by Irish based Spinnaker Developments who have assembled a highly experienced consortium of developers for this project. The construction phase will be supervised by a leading project management firm, experienced in the Bulgarian marketplace, closely overseen by our construction supervision team to ensure the highest standards are met.

Spinnaker Development's principals have over 30 years experience in the construction and finance industries in Ireland and the UK and over 10 years experience in business in Bulgaria and Eastern Europe.

Pirin Mountain Resort is one of a number of investments in Central and Eastern Europe being undertaken by Spinnaker Developments which also include office / commercial, trade / logistics park and residential real estate projects in Bulgaria, Romania, Poland and Germany.
