The climate in Bulgaria is moderate continental with Black sea influence in the East part and Mediterranean influence on the South. The average annual summer temperature is 23° C.
In the southern regions the sun shine duration lasts 2500 hours per year which is the same as Greece.

Bansko
Bansko enjoys a long winter with snow coverage from December to May and а warm summer. Тhe average annual temperature is 9,1°C. The lowest temperatures occur during the period December-February and in July - August the highest with temperatures in the mid to high 20's.
